What is Christy’s Training Philosophy?
Dogs aren’t doing anything alone; we expect them to walk with us, come to us, and to listen when we speak. We are a team, so my mission in life is to help dog owners be the best leader, friend, and teammate to their dogs.
What makes Christy different?
Christy has been training dogs for 22 years, yet she believes in continuing her education annually and staying up to date with the latest research about dogs and dog behavior. Her years of experience with dogs and their owners has made her patient with both ends of the leash. Over the years she has raised 13 of her own dogs, so she knows what it is like to live with her own advice. She has lived with dog aggression, small animal aggressions, high energy, and difficult to motivate dogs. She has resolved these issues and many more in her own home so she knows firsthand how effective her advice will be.
What is Christy’s personality?
Christy is passionate about the well-being of dogs, their minds, bodies, and spirits. In this, her personality can be one track and one dimensional. She lives for dogs; there is no doubt about that!
